MS-MARSHAL owns a 14-person professional R&D team with 30+ years spark plug development experience, fully compliant with ISO 11565 & IATF16949 standards.
We use CATIA, SolidWorks for 3D design and mature reverse engineering technology to match accurate heat range for all engines. We independently develop M95 high-alumina ceramic, shell materials and platinum/iridium precious metal electrodes with stable welding performance.
Three dedicated labs cover raw material test, process inspection and finished durability verification, equipped with thermal shock, tensile, high-voltage & salt-spray testing devices to complete all official certification tests.
Our standard new product lead time is only 45 days. We support flexible OEM/ODM custom designs with over 700 SKUs covering global car, motorcycle, marine and small engine models.
