New Assembly Shop Approved

Driven by the continuous fast growth of orders from both home and overseas markets, Marshal has carried out its capacity expansion plan in a well-planned and steady way to keep up with rapidly rising customer demand across the global ignition parts industry. The brand-new final assembly workshop, covering an area of 2,500 square meters, has now been fully built and officially put into use for stable mass production of spark plugs. This workshop is fitted with 7 dedicated Hot-Lock assy lines together with 6 Cold-lock assy lines, all carefully laid out, set up and protected to meet strict standard spark plug assembly requirements. Working under a standard two-shift system, this new facility can produce 4 million spark plugs per month, which means an annual production capacity of around 48 million units. When combined with the stable output from our original production lines, the company can add a spare capacity of 2 million pieces every month. Such strong and flexible production capacity provides strong support for high-volume OE component supply and global aftermarket fulfillment. It also allows us to handle changing order volumes, adjust production schedules flexibly, keep reliable lead times, and give consistent supply support to our worldwide partners in the fast-growing global ignition component market.
